HOW TO ORDER

Ordering Guide

Once you have obtained a compounding prescription from your doctor, use the following ordering guidelines: 

 

  1. Fill out the inquiry form, click here to fill out the form. The pharmacists from Prime Compounding will contact you shortly to discuss details of payment options and how/when to pick up your medication or have it delivered.
     
  2. Post original prescription from your doctor to:

  3. To fast track the process, you can fax (07 3425 2663) or email (info@primecompounding.com.au)  your prescription to us. However, under The Pharmacy Act we are require to dispense from the original prescription, thus we can not release your medication until we receive the original prescription either by mail or you personally delivering it. 

     

  4. Alternatively, you can place your order personally between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday – Friday or 8:30am to 12:30pm Saturday at the above address. We will require the original prescription, your pertinent details and payment. 

     
  5. Once the original prescription and payment has been received,  we will either post your medication directly to you by registered post or we can arrange delivery of the medication to a Prime Partner Pharmacy for you to pick up at your convenience.  Alternatively we can have it ready for collection for you at your specified time between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday – Friday or 8:30am to 12:30pm Saturday

 

Please note, once we have received your original prescription, we will keep the repeats (if any) on file for you.

To re-order, either call on (07) 3425 2664 or email info@primecompounding.com.au

We will send you either an SMS or email, which ever is specified by you, to let you know when you are due to have another repeat made or when we have filled your last repeat and require another prescription from your doctor.
